He is a marketing veteran with over four decades of leadership across major FMCG organisations including Jaipuria Group, DS Group, Dabur, PepsiCo (FOBO), Baidyanath, Tata and Hallmark. Known for driving strong top-line and bottom-line outcomes, he has led large cross-functional teams and successfully launched more than 50 brands across categories. He has been recognised with honours such as ‘Jewel of Spice Industry 2018’, the ‘QCI–DL Shah Gold Award 2016’ and the ‘Top Rankers Excellence Award 2013’. Beyond industry, he has contributed to social causes like the ‘Beti Bachao Campaign’, acknowledged by the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award 2017, and has authored articles including “Scope of Make in India in the Food Sector”. Actively involved in academics, he works to close the industry–academia gap and is a lifetime member of the Delhi Management Association.

Vikash Khandelwal is the Chief Executive Officer of Eqaro Guarantees, India’s first dedicated surety company offering contract, commercial, and financial guarantee solutions. With over two decades of experience in sureties, guarantees, credit, and reinsurance, he has been instrumental in shaping India’s evolving surety ecosystem. He leads Eqaro’s India business supported by global counter-guarantee partners including Ion Insurance Company (USA), Southern Pacific Insurance Corporation (USA), and Northern Light Surety Company (SRL), bringing global expertise to India’s guarantee market and strengthening financial protection for project owners, suppliers, dealers, and franchise networks. His earlier leadership roles include Country Manager – India at South British Capital Ltd, CEO – Sureties & Guarantees at Srei Equipment Finance Ltd, Principal Officer & CEO at SREI Insurance Broking Ltd, and Director – Sri Lanka at Religare Securities Ltd. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he is recognised for his deep expertise in financial risk transfer and reinsurance structures and is widely connected across India’s credit and financial services ecosystem.
He is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and board leader with deep expertise in AI, machine learning, data strategy, and digital transformation. With experience spanning Fortune 500 strategy, venture-backed AI startups, and global enterprise modernization, he has led high-impact initiatives including billion-dollar M&A integrations, AI-driven personalization, and intelligent supply-chain programs. He currently serves as Board Chair of Ingenia AI, a venture studio building frontier-tech startups across data, fintech, and behavioral analytics, and previously founded PlumSlice Labs, an AI-native product experience platform used by leading global brands. Earlier, he held senior roles such as Global CIO at B/E Aerospace and SVP/CIO at Restoration Hardware, earning recognitions including CIO 100 and Supply Chain Pros to Know. Dr. Sekar Viswanathan is the Vice President of VIT and a senior academic leader with over three decades of experience across industry and higher education. A rank holder in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras, he holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA, and a Ph.D. in faculty motivation. He previously served as Vice-Chairman of Vellore Engineering College, where his initiatives contributed to its transition into VIT University. He later gained international experience with IBM, NetClerk and Walmart.com, earning recognition as “Best Engineering Manager” and “Best Achiever”. At VIT, he leads strategy, academic policy, international relations and placements, and has introduced impactful student-centric initiatives such as STARS, FFCS, SAP and CAL. He has received the Young EDGE National Award and serves as Vice President of EPSI and as a member of FICCI’s Higher Education Committee.

Dr. Rajesh Satya Sehgal is an experienced legal professional with deep cross-border expertise across global law firms and MNCs. He specializes in Infrastructure & Energy, M&A, Joint Ventures, Project Finance, and complex Corporate–Commercial matters. He has advised on the full lifecycle—development, acquisition, financing, and divestment—of 5+ GW of renewable and thermal power assets across Australia, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, India, and the UAE. She has also held key in-house positions with the Lamnalco and Smit Lamnalco Groups, overseeing global legal operations across the UAE, Africa, Asia, Russia, and Australia.
As the founder of Focal FZE and Legal Connect, Shilpa provides strategic legal advisory services focused on contract drafting, risk management, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. A strong advocate of mediation and alternate dispute resolution, she consistently prioritizes practical, business-focused solutions that protect client interests.

Aditya Bhasin is a versatile filmmaker, writer, producer, and director with a rich background in the creative arts, law, and media. With a Bachelor's in Film & TV Production from Amity University and an LLB from Mangalayatan University, Aditya has made significant contributions to the world of cinema through directing, producing, and editing award-winning films and documentaries. His notable projects include Pata Lapata, which won Best Director at the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival 2024, and Dekha Kya, which earned accolades at the Cannes World Film Festival in 2025. Aditya has also worked as a Director's Assistant on high-profile films like Super 30 and Ganapath Part 1. Alongside his filmmaking career, he has been a guest lecturer at prestigious institutions such as Amity School of Communication and MIT Pune, sharing his expertise in film direction, gender studies, and cinematic storytelling. Dr. Vinay Preet Singh is a highly experienced legal and policy expert with over a decade of experience in shaping national policies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, an LL.M. in International Development Law and International Economic Law from Warwick Law School, and a PhD in Behavioral Science from the Commonwealth University College of Medicine, St. Lucia. His PhD thesis focused on “Indian Police and Policing: An Analysis of Attitude, Behaviour and Image.” Throughout his career, Dr. Singh has contributed to key Central Government Committees across several Ministries, including Home Affairs, Power, Coal and Mines, Railways, Consumer Affairs, and Food and Public Distribution. His expertise allows him to blend legal insight with strategic policy-making to drive impactful national initiatives. Dr. Singh is passionate about collaboration and believes that diverse stakeholder engagement is essential to creating a legal framework that promotes growth, stability, and sustainable development. She holds a 3-year Diploma in Interior Designing & Building Construction from Meera Bai Polytechnic (2007) and a Graduation from Jamia Millia Islamia (2009). Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across interior design, project execution, design–build management, and government-associated roles. Her professional journey includes working as a Business Associate with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs (2025), Co-Founder of VS Visual (2019), Design & Build City Head – North India at Future Group (2019), GM Projects at UG Design Pvt. Ltd. (2016), Senior Interior Designer at Durian Industries (2014), and Manager – Design & Production at Annapoorna Industrial Corporation (2010), along with foundational training under Architect Ranjan Jain in 2009.
